MONROE COUNTY STUDENTS STUDYING AGRICULTURE RECEIVE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
Two Auburn University students and scholarship recipients from Monroe County were honored at the Alabama Farmers Federation 2015 Scholarship Recipients Luncheon Aug. 22 at the Ham Wilson Arena in Auburn. They are Jake Tucker of Uriah, who is studying animal science-pre-veterinary medicine, and Caleb Smith of Frisco City, who is studying agricultural business and economics. The scholarships were funded by the Monroe County Farmers Federation and the Federation’s Alabama Farmers Agriculture Foundation.
