Ingredients

Start to finish: 15 minutes. Serves 4

1 cup diced watermelon

½ cup diced cucumber

½ cup fresh blueberries

5 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Chips for serving, optional

Preparation

In a small bowl, gently toss all ingredients together. Serve alone or with chips.
