Marinated Wild Turkey Breast
Ingredients
1/2 boneless wild turkey breast, cut into strips
1 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cups light olive oil
3 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
1 heaping tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Set turkey aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Marinate turkey strips in mixture at least 4 hours. Grill over medium heat. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve. Refrigerate marinade in sealed container and use again. Makes 6-8 servings. Louis Coles, Area Director
