3 pounds turkey meat, cubed and sauteed until golden brown
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup in any combination
2 cups chicken broth
1 (8-ounce) package Velveeta, chopped
1 (16-ounce) package vermicelli or thin spaghetti, broken in half
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Combine Velveeta, soups, and broth in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in turkey and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Stir in spaghetti. Pour into an 11- x 15-inch baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 10 servings.
