It’s hard to believe, but summer is quickly fading, and kids will be back in school before you know it. While we do love summer months, returning to a consistent schedule is always nice. That also means a busier schedule — at least for us. Returning to school brings homework, golf lessons, soccer practices, etc., so it’s a little harder to get a home-cooked meal on the table. more
