Ingredients
1 (10-pound) shank portion ham
Preparation
Wash ham and pat dry. Wrap well in foil. Place in a large pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Leave in oven. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake 5-6 hours. Makes 10-12 servings.
