Ingredients

Dorothy Cook, Crenshaw County
2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 small jars plum baby food *
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix ingredients in order listed. Bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes. This makes 2 dozen. Serve as is or with a spread.
*Plum baby food is not easy to find. I used plum/banana/grape. There are several combinations of fruit available.
