LEE COUNTY – Broccoli Cornbread
Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, well beaten
11/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli
1 12-ounce container cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can Mexican corn
Preparation
Grease a 9-x-13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients; stir well. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan.
