Million Dollar Chicken
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup cooking sherry or wine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup lemon juice
Paprika, optional
Heat oven to 350 F. Halve chicken breasts. Melt margarine in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, except for paprika, and stir together. Place chicken in a baking dish and top with sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
