MOCK BANANAS FOSTER

Ingredients

5-6 ripe bananas
1 (20-ounce) jar fat-free caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon banana flavoring or banana liqueur

Preparation

Peel bananas. Cut in half crosswise, then cut each section into 3-4 long slices. Heat ice cream topping in a non-stick skillet over low heat, stirring. When bubbly, add banana slices and flavoring. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute, until heated through. Keep warm. To serve, spoon over low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
