Now, Alfa auto policyholders can directly call a toll-free number, 1-800-782-5352, to report the damage and schedule an appointment to have the windshield repaired or replaced.Customers should have their policyholder number (found on their proof of insurance card) available when they call.
The entire claim is handled through Alfa Glass Service. This service provides a choice of service locations — at the store or the policyholder’s home or workplace.
Where windshield repairs are possible, Alfa will waive the insured’s deductible.If the damage cannot be repaired or the policyholder is not satisfied with the repair, Alfa Glass Service will schedule a windshield replacement, for which comprehensive deductibles apply.Repairs or replacements performed by an Alfa-approved service provider are covered with a national warranty and 100 percent policyholder satisfaction guarantee for as long as the policyholder owns or leases the vehicle.
