Wetland Reserve Easement (WRE) and Agricultural Land Easement (ALE) program applications are due April 15 at local U.S. Department of Agriculture service centers. Distributed through the Natural Resources Conservation Service, WRE helps enhance and protect habitat for wildlife, reduce flooding impacts, recharge groundwater and more.
