Jimbo Hall has spent 28 years working in the catfish industry — the last 16 as farm manager for Alabama Catfish Inc. Before that, he spent time with Southern Pride Catfish in Greensboro, Black Belt Aquaculture in Newbern and John Deere in Greensboro.

As Alabama’s Catfish Farmer of the Year, he represents the hard-working men and women who produce delicious, nutritious, clean U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish.

He and his wife, Heather, have been married 32 years. They have three sons and eight grandchildren and are members of Greensboro Baptist Church.
