Alabama clocks would remain on Daylight Saving Time year-round under legislation approved Tuesday by the House of Representatives. 

HB 215 by Rep. April Weaver, R-Alabaster, passed by 104-2 vote and now heads to the Senate. The measure requires Congressional approval.
