CALICO BEAN POT

Ingredients

1/2 pound bacon
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 (1-pound) can green lima beans
1 (1-pound) can chili hot beans
1 (1-pound) can pork and beans

Preparation

Fry bacon and set aside. Brown
ground beef and onions. Add
remaining ingredients and put in
slow-cooker. Heat on low for 2-3
hours. Sprinkle bacon on top just
before serving.
