Caramel Icing
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-4 heaping tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation
Combine butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a saucepan. Place over medium heat; bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add powdered sugar, mixing well.
