ENCHILADA PIE
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 (10-ounce) bags corn chips, divided
2 (4-ounce) cans diced green chilies
2 cups grated cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain well and set aside. Place half of corn chips in the bottom of a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Spoon meat over chips, then sprinkle chilies and cheese over meat. Combine soup and milk and spread over cheese layer. Top with remaining corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
