SEASONED BAKED CHICKEN & GRAPE SALAD

Ingredients

4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt with parsley
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2-2 pounds seedless white grapes, halved
3/4 cup sliced celery
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Divide chicken between two large sheets of aluminum foil. In a small bowl, combine black pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle evenly over chicken. Drizzle with margarine. Fold foil over chicken, sealing tightly. Place foil packages in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is tender. Allow chicken to cool, then cube. In a serving bowl, combine cubed chicken with grapes, celery and pecans. Fold in mayonnaise and toss to coat. Serve with rectangular buttery-flavored crackers. Makes 6-8 servings.
