ZESTY ITALIAN ZITI
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (14.5-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 (16-ounce) package ziti, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until meat is browned; drain. Return skillet to heat and blend in tomatoes and tomato paste; heat through. Immediately toss with warm pasta and top with cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
