BLUEBERRY PIE
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 self-rising flour
1 1/3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust
Preparation
Cream sugar, butter, egg and vanilla together until smooth. Blend in flour, mixing well. Stir in blueberries, pecans and coconut. Pour into piecrust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
