Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups crumbled homemade biscuits
½ cup raisins

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Add crumbled biscuits and raisins; stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
