Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground chuck
12 saltine crackers, crushed fine
½ cup onion, chopped
2 eggs
¾ cup ketchup, plus more for topping
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Put into a 9-by-9-inch dish and bake at 375F for 45 minutes, draining grease off half way through baking time. Top with additional ketchup and bake 5 minutes more.
