Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 5 hours, 15 minutes (30 minutes active) Serves 6-8 

24 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar 

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1 package (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled 

4 eggs 

1/2 cup blueberries 

Preparation

Heat oven to 325 F. Mix Oreo crumbs and butter and press into the bottom of a 9-X-13-inch cake pan, lined with foil. Bake 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until blended. Add chocolate, and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition, just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan. Top with blueberries.
