Ingredients
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, not margarine, slightly softened
2 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Place butter and honey in a mixing bowl; whip with electric mixer until blended well. Spread mixture in a 9- x 11-inch pan and cut into shapes to serve, or shape into a log, roll in wax paper and refrigerate, slicing when ready to serve. (Note: Can add 1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit to mixture if desired.)
