PEACH HONEY
Ingredients
2 cups pureed fresh peaches*
3 cups sugar
Preparation
Combine peaches and sugar in a large boiler. Heat over low heat until sugar dissolves and peaches release some of their juice. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour into hot sterilized half-pint jars; seal. (*Desired amount of peaches may be used. Use 1 1/2 cups sugar for every 1 cup pureed peaches.)
