Blueberry Baskets

Ingredients

1 can dinner roll dough
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Break dough into 12 balls and place each ball in greased 12-cup muffin pan. Let stand at room temperature about one hour or until thawed. When thawed, make a deep indentation in middle of each ball.

Combine sugar, flour and spices. Fill each dough ball with 1 teaspoon brown sugar mixture and a tablespoon of blueberries. Sprinkle evenly with remaining brown sugar mixture. Top each with ½ teaspoon butter. Let dough rest 15 minutes.

Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until dough browns.
