Spicy burgers

Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 25 minutes

Makes 8 burgers

2 pounds ground beef

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and minced

1 small poblano pepper, seeds removed and minced

1 habanero pepper, seeds removed and minced (optional for extra spiciness)

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Form into 8 burger patties.

Lightly oil grill grate. Cook burgers 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness
