Ingredients

3- to 4-ounce U.S. farm raised catfish fillets, cut into 2-inch strips

Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning or other spice blend

Zatarain’s Seasoned Fish-Fri

Preparation

Sprinkle fish strips with seasoning. Coat strips in Fish-Fri. Deep fry in 350 F peanut oil for 7 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Courtesy of Anne Drury. Start-to-finish: 20 minutes.
