CABBAGE & SAUSAGE SUPPER
Ingredients
1 large head cabbage, cut into strips
2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a large saucepot. Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with cornbread.
