SQUASH DRESSING
Ingredients
4 cups crumbled cornbread
2 cups stewed squash, drained
3 large eggs
1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sage
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and pour into a 9- X 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until dressing reaches desired firmness
