Plum Cake
Ingredients
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 (4-ounce) jars baby food plums
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients except pecans in mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Fold in nuts and bake in greased tube pan one hour. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes. Invert cake onto serving plate. Good served warm.
