Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1⁄2 cup finely chopped bell pepper

1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery

1⁄2 cup finely chopped pecans 

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pimento

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon red pepper

1 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix above ingredients well, reserving 1 cup pecans. Mix until thoroughly blended. Roll in ball and chill. Roll in pecans and serve with crackers.
