HEARTY CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
1 (12-ounce) package of dumpling egg noodles (cooked according to pkg. directions)
1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
3 (14-ounce) cans of chicken broth
Combine chicken breasts, cooked noodles, soup and broth. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9- by 13-inch casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Note: For a creamier sauce, substitute 1 cup of milk and ? cup French onion dip for 1 can of broth.
