APPLE PECAN PIE

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) sour cream
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed
milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust
1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
1/2 cup crushed pecans
Ground nutmeg, cinnamon and apple
pie spice (to taste)

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, blend
sour cream, condensed milk and
lemon juice until combined. Pour
into crust. Spread apple pie filling
over sour cream mixture. Top with
pecans and sprinkle on nutmeg,
cinnamon and apple pie spice as
desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 30
minutes. Let cool then refrigerate.
