SIMPLE CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
½ cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
2 eggs
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 piecrust, unbaked
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix all ingredients together, stirring well. Pour into unbaked piecrust. Bake 45 minutes. (Note: Patty says this recipe doubles easily for two pies, but cautions that stirring must be thorough.)
