MOUNTAIN DEW SALAD
3 (3-ounce) boxes lemon Jell-O
3 cups hot water
1 (12-ounce) can Mountain Dew
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
In a mixing bowl, combine Jell-O and hot water and stir to dissolve. Stir in Mountain Dew and pineapple. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping and beat to combine. Combine with gelatin mixture and pour into a glass 9- x 12-inch pan or a glass salad bowl. Chill before serving. Garnish with lemon slices if desired. Yields 10 servings.
