WILD PLUM TEA
4 family-size tea bags
2 quarts water, plus more to fill
2 cups sugar
2 cups orange juice
½ cup fresh lemon juice
In a one-gallon pitcher, steep tea bags in one quart hot water.
In a saucepan, heat remaining 1-quart water and sugar over high heat until sugar is dissolved. Add to pitcher, and steep 15 minutes. Remove tea bags from the pitcher and stir in orange and lemon juices. Add enough water to reach 1 gallon. Yields 12 servings over ice.
