SUGARED PECANS

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 pound pecans, halves or pieces

Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt butter, stir in sugar and spices and mix well. Pour over pecans in a large roasting pan and mix well. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 275 F. Stir every 5 minutes during baking time. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
