CHEESE AND BACON DIP
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons chopped green onions
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
Chips, crackers or vegetables for serving
Mix first four ingredients and pour into a 9-inch pie plate. Top with bacon and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes for a hot dip, or refrigerate 2 to 3 hours for a cold dip.
Note: Dip is thick so sturdy chips are best.
