NO-COOK ICE CREAM
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled
1/2 gallon whole milk
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy; then, slowly add in lemon juice. Gradually add sugar and continue beating. Add vanilla flavoring and both cans of milk. Pour combined mixture into freezer; add whole milk to reach fill line. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
