Ingredients

2 (15-ounce) cans black-eyed peas, drained
2 (11-ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained
2 (10-ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 large green bell peppers, diced
12 small green onions
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon parsley salt
1 (16-ounce) bottle Italian dressing

Preparation

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with scoop-shaped corn chips.
