BILLIE’S HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
1 (8-ounce) package egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-ounce) can tomato soup
Salt and cook noodles and drain according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté beef and onion on a skillet. Combine cooked ingredients with soups in a large bowl and mix gently. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and cover. Place in warm in oven while heating bread or rolls.
Note: Serve with a salad and bread for an excellent meal.
