BROCCOLI BREAD

Ingredients

1 stick melted butter
1 onion, finely chopped
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 (10-ounce) box chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (8.5-ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased iron skillet and bake at 350 degrees until golden and cooked through. Can also be made into 18 muffins.
