BUTTERMILK PIE

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 stick margarine, melted
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Mix eggs and flour and beat well. Add salt, sugar, buttermilk and vanilla, and thoroughly combine. Stir in melted margarine and pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
