Ingredients

2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
4 ounces sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar

Preparation

Toss first three ingredients in salad bowl and set aside.
Stir together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over vegetables, coating with dressing. Chill before serving. Great cool dish for spring and summer cookouts.
