CHEESE GARLIC BISCUITS
2 cups biscuit-baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/4 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder, plus more for topping
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, stir together first four ingredients, adjusting the amount of garlic powder as desired. Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches apart onto a greased baking pan. Bake about 10 minutes until the tops of biscuits are golden.
Stir a dash of garlic powder into melted butter and brush over biscuits fresh from the oven.
