Ingredients

4-5 large flour tortillas
Non-stick cooking spray
Cinnamon sugar

Preparation

Spray tortillas with non-stick cooking spray, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut into wedges and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until slightly browned and crispy (approximately 8 minutes.) Serve with fruit salsa. Makes about 32 crisps.
