Ingredients
2 cups fresh or partially thawed frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 to 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes, or until cranberry skins pop and sauce thickens.
