Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Start to finish: 45 minutes (10 minutes active)

3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 

1/3 cup flour 

¼ cup butter 

1 cup sugar 

2 eggs 

1 cup brown sugar 

1/3 cup flour 

1/3 cup butter 

1 cup pecans 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans. Pour into casserole dish and top with pecans. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
