Start-to-finish: 45 minutes

1 cup butter
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Powdered sugar for coating


Heat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, use a mixer to cream together the butter and powdered sugar. Stir in flour, vanilla and pecans until well blended. Form into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
